A standard application decision typically takes 8 weeks.

Be aware you generally hear more about people who have visa denied than those granted, it doesn’t mean most are denied.

Thanks for the reply. I think I am very nervous when I see so many cases got decision on the same day or in a few days time. So I wanted to know if the worst comes to the worst. Hopefully all goes well.
