If I have 3 years system developement experience and only one year manager experience, can I get full points working experience (4 years) if apply 0213 in new 38 occupation list requirement? Thank you!

Report which is your uni and can you exempt IELTS?

Do you want to report which is your university, what is your award title and can you exempt IELTS?

I think we need a database to estimate we can exempt IELTS or not!

I have simliar question, my Bachelor and Master studied in Hong Kong.

I want to ask in general, non English speaker country such as Hong Kong, India, if the Bachelor or Master was taught in English, do it normally comparable to that of level C1 on the CEFR or not?

Yes, provided that it's a Bachelor's degree and is equivalent to U.K. academic qualification. Nowhere does it say that you should be from an English speaking country. If never study, live and work in NT, no friends in NT,

English requirement of Tier 1

Existing HSMP required English threshold should be:
1) Average IELTS band score 6.0
2) Bachelor degree which is taught language should be English

However, I cannot find out the requirement of new Tier 1,
