My friend got refused last February under student scheme for the same reason as your.He reviewed his file and last Friday he got refused again. they can easily take upto 2 years to process all the cases. it doesn't look like a special scheme but more likely it turns out to be a "leave to remain" application. for what they have changed 700 euro ?
