Re: Apply for ILR SET(M) during employment notice period

Cheers mate. I pray you get a successful outcome on your application. Can you please come back to notify us of the outcome of your application on this post? This will help allay the fears of future applicants in a similar position. I agree with the above advise. Think of fixed term contract and let...

Re: Apply for ILR SET(M) during employment notice period

I agree with the above advise. Think of fixed term contract and let's say you apply a month before your contract expires - there is nothing that I've come across in the guidance which suggests the job should he ongoing beyond a certain point. What really is important that you are employed at the dat...

Re: ILR Set(M) super priority service unavailable

That's is true. Happened to me few days back. I couldn't see the super priority option at any other time but logged in at 12 58 am and kept refreshing the page and then bang on 1:00 the option for super priority appeared

Hello. I am trying to book an appointment for SET(M) (don't mind the chargeable ones) but as soon as I try to reserve one an error pops up saying we are having issues please try again later. Has any one else faced the same issue? Also - since I've had an FLR M application before and using the same e...

Online payslips - SET M

Hello - I'm just a bit confused on what the current guidance is form home office on online payslips. Re: No Surname issue

My wife only has one name (no family name - Nadra recommended removing her family name as her degrees only had her first name listed...). On her IELTs test, it ...

Re: Spouse Visa Debt Query (Urgent)

Montana2323 did you have a default or ccj at the time of application ? As I said being outside the UK you possibly can't know if you have a ccj or details of any default. So on answering a No on that question is not a deception at all as you did not had the information. And this is precisely what I...

Thanks for your reply.

It seems there are very minimal requirements for flr fp. They can do without meeting income requirement and English test
