Hi, I am trying to get my first UK passport. Has anyone used a photo-me booth (booth you see at train stations) to apply for the first passport using their digital code? On the screen and their website it says you can use it to renew your passport, but makes no mention of applying for the first one....

• A reference from the application payment starting with UKVI_

• A case id from the application starting with 24

• A reference number for correspondence with caseworker which starts with 24, but is not the same as the case id
