Re: UKVCAS Appointment cancelled due to COVID19 Outbreak

Thank you very much for your response. Another thing, since we are a family application (3 applicants) so maybe that is why we are unable to get UKVCAS appointments sooner as I have seen people on this group getting appointments within a week of online submission. I was wondering, is there a possibi...

Re: UKVCAS Appointment cancelled due to COVID19 Outbreak

Thank you for your reply.
Do I need to inform UKVI of this, any particular email address to contact them for this?
Are there instances where they allow to enrol biometrics at a post office instead to avoid missing the deadline?

Many Thanks!

Re: Travel after naturalization application

Hi Cullinan, Many thanks for your reply. So is the IDV app is no longer being used by UKVI and therefore there is no need to wait to see if my previous biometrics can be re-used before booking an appointment? If I submit my application online over the weekend then do I get access to UKVCAS document ...

Travel after naturalization application

Hi, I have a query about the online Naturalisation process: 1. Two adults applying together

Hi, I have a query about the online Naturalisation application as a family (husband, wife and a child) For paper applications, I understand that adults need to fill in the AN form and the child has the MN1 form. But for the online application process, are these applications linked (i.e. can we add a...

Naturalisation of Child born in UK after parents' ILR application

Hi, I have a query about a child who was born in the UK while the parents were on Tier 2 General Visa. Now the parents are eligible to apply for ILR. So should they include the child on ILR application as well or they can wait to obtain their own ILR and then apply for the child's naturalisation? Mo...

Thank you very much for all these responses. They are very useful. Sorry to bother with one further clarification, so a family on ILR if returning within 2 years (after they left UK), what kind of proof is required that they are now returning to be settled and not visitors? Will job offer/ employmen...

Re: ILR queries

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply. 1. Just to clarify the 5th year anniversary is based on the date of BRP and not the job start? Sine BRP was 19th May but job was first week of June. So can we apply on 19th May? 5. So if we have ILR (obtained through Tier 2 General route) and leave the country, th...
