Updated my case. Applied on the 30th of March Biometrics done the the 30th of March Biometrics received on the 2nd of April COA confirmed on the 8th of April Settlement statue confirmed by email on the 5th of May ILR card just arrived today: 10 years ILR. My non biometric card expired on the 30 of ...

Well I think for non eu applicants, it will take some times for the decision to be made especially for ILRs applicants as it is almost like the Citizenship in term of rights.
