Tier 4 dependent visa

Hi, I would appreciate any feedback on this issue I have studied for my masters back in 2003 on a student visa in the UK. If I do another masters now I read somewhere that I wont be able to bring my dependents with me as I wont be a "new" government sponsored student. Anyone has info about this? Reg...

Both visa categories would only count for ILR based on 10 years long residence and not for ILR based on 5 years residence. thanks for the info, so one will have to shift to "tier 2" in order to apply for the 5 year ILR Yes and you will need 5 years on Tier 2 before you can apply, provided you meet ...
