Re: Received email from Home office Atlas for information

Try emailing FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk ? See https://www.immigrationboards.com/post2102187.html#p2102187 for list of possible emails. Or is there a "reply-to" field that emails goes to when you hit reply? Like this (gmail example): https://i.imgur.com/WzVuQsJ.png Thanks for the ...

Re: super priority service - No Respond Yet

Have you had a response yet? We literally submitted my application yesterday to extend my leave to remain. We paid the extra for Super Priority as I am due to start a new job on the 12/8 and they needed to see my new BRP on that date. I’m a bit annoyed because both our lawyer and the home office fa...

Need advice: New FLR M application after refusal

Just called the First-tier tribunal to enquire about withdrawing the appeal and was told that there is no further action required as the appeal has been dismissed and that I can go ahead and submit a new application. According to pg11 https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/syste...

Need advice: New FLR M application after refusal

I would appreciate if someone could clarify whether I am allowed to apply for a new FLR M application. I think that I have leave under section 3c since I have made an appeal. I have just received a decision from the first tier tribunal which says that my appeal has been unsuccessful but that I can a...

You should have been issued FLRFP visa under 10 years of route instead refusing you.
We unfortunately don't have kids yet and I think that's the reason why my application was rejected instead of switching to 10 year route

Appeal not successful. Can I reapply for visa extension in the UK or do I have to return to my home country?

My spouse visa extension was rejected on the grounds that I have submitted an A1 certificate instead of the required A2. My passport was then returned to me so that I can do the required English and I have submitted an appeal on paper. The appeal has not been successful even though I submitted a B1 ...

Re: English Test Question in Online Form

Unfortunately, the appeal was not successful. I am currently trying to find another solution. The notice of decision from the Tribunal says that the onus is on the applicant to show that he/she satisfies the relevant provisions of the Immigration Rules. The judge has disregarded the fact that the ap...

Re: URGENT ADVICE NEEDED :HO Decison - Change from 5 year to 10 year partner route while A2 certificate missing

I'm in a similar situation too except that my visa was rejected instead of switching to 10 year route. Submitted A1 certificate instead of A2 because of the misleading question in the English Language Section. Re: Any dependent on financial support

I am assuming that you can respond to the email they last sent to you as it says 'You will not be charged for any follow-up emails about the same enquiry.' If your enquiry was clearly about the English Language test question, they should not charge you again. I don't think the fee is refundable as w...

Re: Any dependent on financial support

You are being asked to submit a degree certificate approved by NARIC as you have ticked NO for question 'Did the test assess your speaking and listening skills at a level equivalent to CEFR B1 or higher?' Once they fix the error on the online application form, it should be 'Did the test assess your ...

Re: Any dependent on financial support

According to the website: You can call or email English-speaking staff with a question about your application. Contact centre staff cannot give you advice about your personal circumstances. You probably got that response as you asked them if you have to submit Appendix 2. They will not help you if y...

Re: Any dependent on financial support

You should definitely not tick 'NO'. Otherwise your application will be refused for not submitting degree certificate approved by NARIC. They will probably fix the error in a few days or you can email them to inform them of the mistake in the online application form. I'm myself in a situation where ...

Re: Does my wife need English language requirement?

It says here https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/knowledge-of-english If you want to settle permanently in the UK within 5 years If you took the CEFR A1 when you first applied for your visa, you’ll need to take a CEFR A2 test when you apply to stay after 2.5 years. Re: English Test Question in Online Form

https://ibb.co/xjbZGQy I can see that they have recently made some changes to the online form. The "Which level of approved English Language test do I require"? part was definitely not there when I applied end of February 2019. Given that the rules have changed in 2017, it actually took them more t...

All the points mentioned are very informative and I'm sure will be useful in building my case and many others. I hope that the ...
