all the sections that ask about C.O.L etc has a note above stating to skip if already have a residence document... I really don't feel like pulling this application apart to upload sections of it....

The wording on the form is '' You do not need to complete this section if you already have a valid registration certificate, residence card or permanent residence document''

Take a deep breath guys! you do not need to prove again info on anything abroad, they just want info on your five years In the UK. the form tells you to skip all the proof etc of living abroad and pretty much focuses on your five years in the UK If you already have a residence document.
