If a parent has ILR, then a UK born child is entitled to register from anywhere in the world. Unfortunately, they don’t appear to make it easy. Hello Vinny, My baby was born a month before my spouse got ILR. So, will my baby need to hold an Indian passport first (as I am Indian) before registering ...

Hello, In my case, my spouse varied his Tier1 application for ILR to 5 year route before any decision was reached on the first application. It has been over 5 months now since he received ILR. ILR was received after successfully varying the application. We were hoping that an automatic refund will ...
