if she are getting universal credit benefits ho can i apply for spouse visa ?

Well she do not get any help she lives in her mom house who is old and can handel her acts sometimes she is dangeros to her mum and police come too :/

yeah i know that the problem is she can not do that even she don't go to job center and when i asked her to aplly for PIP she fond it so hard to fill it and no one can help her with that so how i can help her to get benifits or anyway ?
