You guys should ask your local TD to put parliamentary question to Minister about the number of applications completed. At least it will give you an idea of where you are. Look if your application is complete and you're not getting your letter you should be persistent. If your local immigration office doesn't reply to you, visit the Dublin office and if that doesn't work write a complaint. The department already made a decision in your case so there isn't much to ris...

I went to GNIB office and told them that I haven't received the letter despite it's saying application complete on the online portal.
