we have received our citizenship ceremony invitation from Newcastle city council. Hope to receive official letter from Home office soon. Applied on 6th May via NCS. Good luck everyone. It's moving now.

Is Note 8 valid for SET(O)?

Is Note 8 applicable to SET(O) as well? I cannot see the same rules neither in form or in guidance note. I could see on SET(M). Could someone clarify that 6 source proof is not required for ILR dependant who is applying along with main applicant.

Success story without depandant passport

Hi guys,

Thank you everyone for your support especially sush :)

We received our new leave to remain till 2013 without any issue.
Police certificate and temporary passport was sufficient to get it extended.




My visa ended at 9th July 2011. The new visa date is from 29th July 2011.

I got the same reply from solicitor. He asked me to apply for passport first, get the confirmation from embassy and apply with good cover letter explaining the loss and police report.
