I searched about Priority appts and now know they cost 500 pounds.

Is there such a thing called walk in appointments?
Are they available in both Core and enhanced centres?

Internal assignment initiation based on client by your employer is internal matter. If it is the same employer, client does not matter.

So same CoS and BRP should be good enough.
