Congrats on your citizenship being granted. No, you don't have to return your card. Whilst the PR Card is a biometric card, it's not a BRP (that's for Indefinite Leave to Remain). You need to apply online and submit the electronic scanned copies of original documents. There is no need to post original.

Naturalisation process takes up to 6 months (2-4 months on average).
