Re: EU national born in UK applied for first British passport

I think in that case i shouldn't to spend that much money. Fair enough. In that case, you, not government departments, will have to come up with the documentary proof for five years before the birth of your child. The onus is on you to prove that your child was born a British citizen. As I mentione...

Re: EU national born in UK applied for first British passport

It is the applicant's responsibility to prove that they (or in this case, their parent) exercised treaty rights at a certain point in time. Government records may or may not go that far back. If you were self-employed, do you not have copies of your business reports/records? Did you have an account...

Re: EU national child born in UK need advice for citizenship

Hello Always apply for any citizenship you can get for your kids. You will never know how the world would look when they grow older. In some circumstances, a citizenship can save someone's life. You can go ahead an apply directly for the British password for your kid. Here are the documents you nee...

Re: Son got settled status through father EU national British citizenship question

Your son needs both ILR/PR/Settled Status AND five years of residence in the UK (if not married to a British citizen). The three year requirements only apply if he is married to a British citizen. There is also a non-negotiable, mandatory, requirement that he needs to have been physically present i...

That is irrelevant. The Home office will look at the requirements when he applies in the UK, not in Spain.

Hi please don't apply under EU law just follow the link below

And apply under EU settlement scheme family permit not EU family permit. You don't need to many documents and free.
