Re: Financial requirements query for spouse visa extension

From what you've stated, it appears the employer letter was issued before your pay in May and if so it wouldn't have covered that pay. You will need a fresh employer letter. My main job is salaried, £20,500 per year. OP is on salaried wages instead none-salaried, so no new employer letter would be ...

Re: Financial requirements query for spouse visa extension

I was actually able to download bank statement for the whole month of May so I am going to submit latest payslip dated 28 May along with the corresponding bank statements. That should be fine although the date of your last payslip seems to be changing. From what you've stated, it appears the employ...

I obtained employer letter for salaried job on 05/05/2020 therefore I have to submit my application by 3 June
What is the date of the last payslip you plan to submit for this job and do you know the period that payslip covers?

Question 3.12 asks “has your sponsor been in employment with the same employer and earning the amount, as detailed in 3.11 above, continuously for six months prior to the date of the application?”
Where exactly was this question asked?

Re: NARIC - Statement of Comparability

If all the requirements are met now, go ahead and apply.
When TLSContact reopens, an appointment can then be booked to submit biometrics.

The application date will be the date the application fee is paid after submitting online regardless of when the VAC opens and the date biometrics are submitted.

You may use the Sheffield address.

Whichever one you use, the difference is the same.

However, on VFS Dubai website, it lists Appendix 2 as one of the documents to upload, which got me confused since it's not on the checklist..

Any idea if it's required for all categories or only certain ones?
No longer required.

Re: A visitor cannot travel, cannot work and cannot get married

I am sorry but why has this happened? I dont get it! And it helps us ask "Are you married or not married"? See below. We got married in her home country (Lithuania) and we have a sufficient relationship history of 2 years. Now I cannot go back home, I cannot work and I cannot get married in UK. is ...

Re: Fiancée visa extension process

what the process for doing this is? I.e. would we need to do a new application for a fiancée visa or is there a different form we need to submit? Yes. FLR I believe under E-LTRP.1.11. of Appendix FM as quoted below. It would be better for HO to grant an automatic extension as it appears the inabili...

Re: FLR(M) Spouse Extension - consent forms

I do not need a financial sponsor as I work and make the minimum amount required. Do they mean sponsor as in my husband is sponsoring me because it's a spouse visa? And yes, it can be looked at that way that your husband is the sponsor of the visa even if you're meeting other requirements as the ap...

Re: Category F financial calculation question

So if his mobilization letter (which we will show as "employment contract" because this is basically an ORDER for compulsory service) says six months and not twelve months, would that be a problem? It shouldn't be, if the required amount of £18,600 is met. An employer letter that meets the below or...

Re: Category F financial calculation question

3. Shall I count husband’s part-time army reserve pay in the last 12 months? Wouldn’t that just signal that he’s been employed with them for over six months? The sponsor or applicant (where appropriate) could have been with their employer for a lifetime and still choose to meet the financial requir...

I just need to know the passport situation and then I think I’m covered..
You will need copies of the applicant's and sponsor's passport.

If the sponsor's passport is a British passport, a copy of the data page will be sufficient.

Re: FLR(M) extension

I received my answer on the same day for my first round of FLR which was May 9th 2018. Exactly 2.5 years to current expiry Nov 9th 2020. So if i applied on the 30th of September 2020 (to avoid IHS increase) using Super Priority and my visa runs out on the 9th of November 2020, would this be OK? Wou...

My wife got a Settlement/Spouse visa in Oct 2018 and which is valid till June 2020.
Are the above dates correct? They appear to be for a period of about 21 months which is not the case for most spouse visas.
