It has been 10 days now and no one has replied from the BRP Error team yet although they are required to reply within 5 working days.
K1234, was your case dealt with during covid? I suspect this may take ages again to be fixed.

Timelines for my wife's Lounes application:

Application sent 10/03/2020
Biometrics taken 23/03/2020
Coa recevied 8/04/2020
Pre-settled status approved 8/10/2020
BRP received 13/10/2020 (too bad that there is an error on it!)

so 7 months in total.

After 7 months my wife has finally received the EU pre-settled status. My wife is applying for EEA Family visa to join me in UK and I need to be able to demonstrate permanent residence in the UK to be a qualified person. Is there a requirement to list all the trips done outside UK? It is not mentioned anywhere but I hear people doing it.
