Re: ILR SET(M): How to choose Super Priority Service?

Thanks! I'll check back at 1am and see if it offers me the option. Do you know if they release new appointments every day at 1am or just Monday to Friday?

ILR SET(M): How to choose Super Priority Service?

Hi all, I'm just about to submit my ILR application and got to the payment section and the only option it's showing is Standard Service (see screenshot). I don't see any option for Super Priority Service and it says I cannot change this once I submit my application. Does the option to add Super Prio...

Re: SET(M) application timing: advice needed

Hi Zimba, thanks for your thoughts. Your straightforward response confirms I'm probably worrying needlessly about this. I'll submit my application this weekend after I have my LIUK test ref number. Fingers crossed.

SET(M) application timing: advice needed

Hi all, I'm trying to determine the earliest date I can submit my application for ILR, using a SET(M) visa on the 5 year route. Here is my immigration timeline: 18 Nov 2014: Arrived in the UK on a T2(ICT) visa 8 Sep 2016: Married a British citizen 21 Oct 2016: Submitted and granted FLR(M) for 30 mon...

Re: Advice needed: Moving house but still waiting for notification/BRP

Thanks both for your replies. It sounds like I can make my ILR application any time between late September 2021 and when my BRP expires in January 2022. Now I can start planning for the fees and everything else I need. I'll definitely be budgeting for priority service because I can't take the long w...

Advice needed: ILR timeline for applying

New question. Wasn't sure if it's OK to start a new topic so I'll post here I want to get a head start on planning for my ILR, mainly so I can start saving for the fees now. My first FLR(M) was granted 21 Oct 2016. I assume that means I'll be eligible to apply for my ILR after 60 months (21 Oct 202...

Re: Advice needed: Moving house but still waiting for notification/BRP

Just an update on this. As advised, I updated my address with the Home Office, which was confirmed on 10 Jun. My decision letter (dated 19 Jun) and BRP STILL went to my old address. Luckily I paid for mail redirection, so I got the decision letter. Then I was able to contact DX and arrange re-delive...

Re: Advice needed: Moving house but still waiting for notification/BRP

Due to having vast experience in property related matters I will precisely advise you to leave property friendly on tenancy expiry without thinking about any court or other authorities because usually for buying/renting again in future the reference from previous estate agent & landlord will ha...

Re: Advice needed: Moving house but still waiting for notification/BRP

We were served section 21 notice on 3 May, literally the day after I submitted my FLR(M) extension online. Our tenancy was scheduled to end on 12 July but we negotiated to end it early on 14 June. This is because it's difficult to find good rental properties in Manchester, so you have to be prepare...

Re: Advice needed: Moving house but still waiting for notification/BRP

We're you issued a Section 21 notice to vactae?? If yes, when did you receive and when does the 60 days notice end? Re: Advice needed: Moving house but still waiting for notification/BRP

Thanks. I was intending to update my address via that page once the move is complete, but I'm unsure if I should update it now whilst I have a decision pending. I'm just worried it will complicate or slow down the decision process.

Advice needed: Moving house but still waiting for notification/BRP

Hi all, first post. I recently applied for an extension to my FLR(M). My husband and I are having to move house because our landlord has decided to sell. Now I'm concerned about receiving my notification letter and BRP. I've set up mail redirection with Royal Mail, but from what I understand the BRP...
