Hi that's because I'm asking a question on behalf of my sister law. Which surely shouldn't be a problem

ILR from UK but want to move to Ireland permanently

Hi guys just wanted to ask a quick question. So my sister in law has an indefinite leave to remain from UK. Would she be able to come and live in Ireland and be able to apply for a visa to stay and work in Ireland. I get that coming to Ireland means she no longer is allowed to her ILR status. But co...

BREXIT 31st JAN

Hi guys just wanted to ask a really quick question. So when brexit was supposed to happen on the 31st of October 2019 a few of the people from my county started getting letters stating that they would no longer be able to travel with Thier eu partner or spouse and that they would require a visa. For...

Re: Travelling to UK with eu fam stamp visa

The visa stamp applies to Ryanair, I believe, not other airlines. If you are in a registered partnership and your partner is joining or accompanying you and has EU fam he or she will be fine. The Irish Residence card now states clearly the it is a Residence card for family members of EEA national. ...

Re: Stamp 4 EUFAM

Hey probably late in replying to you in British my husband isn't. We didn't get health insurance but still got a stamp 4 eufam. As long as you're working and exercising your eu treaty rights it's all good. I wouldn't worry too much about the savings as long as you have regular income and can show yo...

Re: Stamp 4 on passport

INIS just updated their website to reflect the changes: If you live in Dublin, you should get the stamp first, and receive IRP card in the post. If you live outside Dublin, unfortunately they will no longer stamp your passport on your first visit. They should arrange a second visit date with you to...

Moving to Ireland from the UK

So my question may sound daft. So we have a property here In Ireland on mine and my husbands name. His parents are thinking to move over from the UK for visa purposes.

How do we show that they are living in the property without having to put thier names on the deeds of the house ?

Thanks guys.
