- 31st of March - documents delivered

btw, I checked via a government website whether there is CCJ against my name or former or current addresses - and there is nothing. The debt collectors claim they've got it against me though.. I'm really perplexed as per what to do.

It will no5 have an impact on your tier 2 application. As for the debt - talk to the council not the debt collection agency.
