Re: FLR(M) Renewal & New Tenancy Agreement

Is it enough if the tenancy agreement includes an address, the number of bedrooms and that the property is for the exclusive use of both tenants above (with our names listed above)? The tenancy agreement must show names and address for it to be considered as a proof of cohabitation. Thanks TODMATT ...

Re: Entering the UK a day before visa expires

If you travel outside of the UK after applying, your visa application will be withdrawn. So can I return to the UK on 13th June and apply online on the same day, providing that visa expires on 14th June? You have the opportunity to reapply within the period of validity of existing or current...

As the HO informed you, your part is to notify them of breakdown of the relationship. Further actions to be taken (or nor taken) lies with HO and are not beholden to inform you of such steps. Said former spouse could have found other means to stay legally in UK and or use time he has till the April ...

You can't take or connect to their sys via USB. They won't allow this.
That was my thought to about malware etc till read on here applicants go to appointment with USB. In any case if doubtful of that, go with your originals.

Re: 10 Year Partner Route FLR (FP) Application Query from Home Office

Hi AmazonianX, Thanks for your suggestion. Is it not the same form used to apply for FLR (M) and FLR (FP)? So far I can remember, I saw that the form can be used for both 5 year and 10 year route partner applications. Even if I have mixed up the form, is there any chance that the HO will consider m...
