From your flag I assume your passport got stamped on entry to the UK at each trip, so that will be enough. Thanks you, yes I have an Indian passport so it bears both exit stamps from India and entry stamps at the UK port of entry. Based on your above response therefore your passport is the proof.

Eligible to apply 28day before completing 5years on the present route.
No need for you to apply for any extension. Your ILR application is using form SET-O.

The option is open to you. Existing B1/B2 still valid and usable. If you go for ESTA with new citizenship no issues. Either way is a win for you.
