I went to tlscontact and submitted my biometrics on Friday but on the UKVI website my application hasn't changed. It still says I must attend a biometrics application. Should I expect this to change?
Leave it as it is, expect it to change.

Can anyone please help?

Is there anyway to send the declaration now to UKVI? Appreciate if anyone else has had similar experience and from what I would have that this would not be uncommon?

Thank you
CW will probably contact to request for it.

As replied more than once by @zimba, discretion is basically what it says, there is no way for one to evaluate the chances when you are not the decision maker.
Provide the evidence of such contexts as much as you can and hope for the best.

Thinking out loud - maybe he can switch to family visa in this case? Other, more experienced folks, will give better advice - wait for their response. Thank you ...
