Once your appeal has been allowed the homeoffice will have 28 days to appeal against the decision.If they are not going to appeal they will get intouch with you by post/a letter requesting you to send your passport and any other doucmentation.In my case,they asked me to send a passport after 3 weeks.

Hi all,

Read a document 'Tier 1 statement of Intent' from home office and according to the new rules holiday makers cannot switch their immigration status to Tier 1 (hsmp).Called home office as my friend already had an approval last month and they advised to apply for FLR asap before March.

Hi all,

My HSMP has been approved today at last with my third application after 2 months wait. :lol: Thank you board for all the help.So guys don't get disheartned if you dont get it in the first time.There is always a second chance........
