Is it normal to take more than 6 months to get the final decision. I do understand there is a backlog due to lockdown but how many months is a normal time to receive the final application and should a follow up be done. While free movement rights are only exercisable by EU citizen workers the definition of worker is flexible - if the EU citizen was working then they retain the status of worker for 6 months after losing employment sinking as they are seeking work.
