Hi , If a person has an Afghan passport, Has lived in the UK more than 5 years, Has had British Residence Card for 5 years, Has Indefinite Leave to remain in the UK (settled status). Child of settled EEA parents - eligible for British Passport?

Hi ,

If both parents have EEA passports, and both have Indefinite Leave to remain in the UK (settled status) - will their newborn child be automatically eligible for a British passport?
