Work permit

Hello friends
I graduated in a Level 8 degree in 2019 and since then i have been on stamp 1A. Not a fully qualified accountant yet.

However i am being offered position for Assistant accountant for over 30k with study support. Can i apply/request for general work permit?

Hi i am in the same boat, had my appointment on 24th December 2019 and was waiting until last week just to find out that they never processed the card.
They said it will take another 3 weeks so still waiting :roll:

I live outside Dublin and I was told by the officer on my appointment on the 24th December that it will take 3 weeks and could take 3.5 weeks due to christmas and new years holidays that fell in between. So i was sent back on my IRP appointment by the immigration office in my city stating that i need preapproval from Unit 2 dublin office by a specialised team for 1A before i change my stamp from stamp 2 to stamp 1A??? You need to have medical insurance for Stamp 1A. You do not need medical insurance for Stamp 1.
