Actually it is not a “right” under any international law or UN directive and certainly not under Irish Law.

Check your entitlement, yourself.

Under global, para global and Irish law.

Thank you Sulla - yes the Dr’s technical looking email with contact details was included, very efficient HK Chinese lady said it was fine.
