Yes, seems like a duplicate. I answered same to both, the application was successful.

the questions stay the same, sounds not a glitch. the two questions may have different intentions however i think it is the best answer i can have... anyone has a second understanding?

Decision on: 21 st june
Applied for : exceptional promise
Endorsed as: exceptional talent.
