So I can apply ILR on 5 Oct 2024?? Even the visa will expire on 13 Oct 2024??

Hello, I just got the visa valid from 2 Nov 2019 to 13 Oct 2024. It just have 4 years 11 months. Is it need to extend once for ILR? Why the visa valid date is so weird? If need extend, when I can extend it?? Is it need another CoS?? I don't know where can find more information for extend. HO only ha...

My employer said already applied RCoS on 5th June. But now still is “under review”... Is it normal?? Is there anything I or my employer can do?? :(
