FLR (M) Correspondence

Hi all, Would the following correspondence be sufficient, don't need to apply until April 2022 (current visa expires May 2022). But I rather be proactive and gather everything I can now. 1. April 2020 - HSBC (Joint) 2. July 2020 - Next (Applicant) 3. October 2020 - EE (Sponsor) 4. January 2021 - Bul...

Hi,

I believe both are required for the naturalisation application unless exempt.

Hope this helps.
Thank you.

ILR to citizenship

Hi, I have a question on behalf someone.

They've had ILR since September 2010, but never applied for Citizenship.

If they were to apply now, what else would be required for the application? The reason I ask this is, I don't think they've done the B1 English test or the life in the UK test.

Thanks

Thanks again

Five year or ten year route.

Hello, I am wondering if someone can advise how I would know what route my wife is on, I have checked the letter she received when the visa was granted, and nowhere does it state the route. I can only assume it's the five year as we met all the requirements, salary was above the required amount and ...

Hi all, I am wanting to get my wife's English test done over the next few months, however, the visa isn't due for renewal until May 2022. Which test is recommended for flr? She did the A1 for the initial visa. If able, go for the test B1, this helps down the line as can use for ILR. Thanks Tehmoor ...

Re: FLR Renewal

Awesome, and how many from each source and and how many in total are required?

The only joint document will be the bank account, hmrc, and utility bill. I am wondering if it's worth getting a store card with one of the retailers in my wife's name.

Thanks

Bank accounts and NI number?

Good evening all.

Just a few questions for when my spouse arrives in the country.

How long is it before she can:

1. open a bank account
2. get her national insurance number
3. apply for a provisional driving licence.

Thanks

Re: Family visa 10 year route

Hi,

Don't want to hijack the thread or create another for such a simple query, but if someone has an A1, can they can jump straight to a B1 and then use that for extension of the spouse visa and then also use it for ilr and citizenship?

Is that a correct understanding?

Thanks
