Re: SKILLED WORKER - HEALTH CARE to SKILLED WORKER - DEPENDENTS status

Dependents validity less than main holders validity after renewal or main holder. from searching the form i understand it is not reuired. But my concern is with the introduction of skille...

Re: ihs refund with tier 2 visa

Yes you can apply. Call the number https://www.gov.uk/contact-ukvi-inside-outside-uk/y/inside-the-uk/something-else and provide initial IHS numbers and applicant details etc. I have applied couple of months back and escalated in couple of weeks. They were honest in saying these refunds take lot of t...

Re: IHS Refund - NHS Staff

If you are in skilled worker - Health care visa then you would have not paid IHS fee at first place. Have you paid IHS fee as part of your application? If yes is it by mistake or you were told to pay since your role is not eligible for IHS exemption. Usually NHS visa cell informs as a part of CoS is...

Re: IHS Surcharge Waiver - PBS Dependent extension - Health & Care Visa

Update : My wife received cos for 2 years 4 months as requested to visa team. NHS rights to work team now acknowledged that they can provide visa (if needed) not restricting to 5 years 14 days in total. This would eliminate me and kids needing to renew again.

Re: Can i collect brp of my 2 year old son

You can collect the BRPs for kids. I have collected it for my kids back in 2018 from post office without kids. Note : The kids must have arrived and must be in UK. Don't collect for kids outside UK.

The same is my situation too. I had applied on 1st of June for my own healthcare dependant visa extension and ILR for my spouse. I wasn't required to pay IHS. However, both our visas are pending decision from home office. Though my wife made a priority application, we are supposed to get the decisi...

Re: Are there any chances that my Tier 2 ICT employer can find out that I left the UK?

This is not a visa or immigration question. :-) Still I am tempted to answer. You can travel to home country multiple times in your visa period, So home office does not keep track of it neither they inform the employer. Other way round , employer does not inform either. Since your last day is decide...

Re: Tier 2ICT to skilled visa for another employer

The latest COS overrides the older one. Thats what I understand. So if Skilled worker issues a COS and ICT empoyer extends with new cos, the latest one becomes valid.

If you get Skiller worker sponsorship then dont go for ICT extension. you must notify your ICT employer.

Re: Can Dependent Partner work on old valid BRP if main applicant switches VISA

If you are moving to Skilled worker visa then your wife's ICT dependent visa must also be changed. She cant stay in ICT Staff Partner visa if you change. Thats my view.

Within skilled worked visa when you change jobs/sponsors, she need not change. But ICT to skilled worked dependents must change.

Re: Tier 2 ICT dependent to skilled worker visa

Dear viskrao. In option2 VISA fee remains same. It is only IHS that you pay based on years. It is not 1 year that you pay, but will be 3 years minimum. Going by your case you might need to pay 1 year extension till your wife reaches 5 years and another 3 years block. (Experts can correct me) Are you...

Re: Tier 2 Dependent without BRP card

Yes you can. You can give the GWF number or another number in the letter to collect BRP. When you start filling the application it will give you options of what to fill if main applicant has not received a BRP.
