Probably its an email directly from the case worker and sometimes helpful case workers use their own email for quick replies and fast processing

If it was only arrest and no further action was taken , then its not caution or warning etc, you would know if they issued you such a thing so dont worry you have done all correctly

It might be indication file is open now , when did you apply ?? I applied on 3rd June and bio done on 6th June. Have you tried to access your online application? My partner applied on 16 May n getting same message and we can see May and early June cases getting their outcomes now so could be its UK...
