Re: Help! Can over 70's on visitor visa receive medical in the UK for free

Thank you. I work in the NHS right now the trust is trying to figure out if they can afford to upgrade us for skills we had to learn and they expect everyday and also doing work that should be done by people who have pins. I have enough extra work in the day than to worry if Mrs. X can have her ...

Re: Fee Waiver (FPL)

I am not sure about right to rent as I didn't have to do anything after I got my visa. If your employer asks they have to do an ECS check that should be positive. So although you 3c leave when you make an in time visa application/extension the ECS is for their records.

It will show as expired regardless. Until a decision is made it will be expired in evisa because it has gone past the expiry date.

Re: ILR based on 10 years - help understanding Home Office response

Sorry and condolences to your sister but if her partner was British she can apply on the bereaved partner scheme for ILR. Maybe that's what they mean.

Re: Long Residence and 2023 changes to Immigration Bail

Hi Yes you are right that there is no route that allows me to apply ILR but I was qualified in 2019 when I made application for my leave outside the immigration rules where HO failed to grant my ILR and that is why I made complaint. I had my SAR and I have all the details where I can prove my ...

Re: Failed Asylum 23 years

You can do it yourself. You should be able to apply for FLR FP since you have been here over 20 years but the fee is now £3635. Hopefully you can apply for fee waiver if you can show very low income or if you have to pay the fee you may become destitute. Good luck.

Re: Spouse visa and ending date

It's probably September 2025 as mine was renewed in January and it expires in August. You can check by doing the right to work check if you can't find the successful email from February. You still have to do evisa anyway. Has your wife received the email that she should enrol for evisa,?

Re: FTT appeal allowed. What's the next step?

Hi Thank you so much for your reply. Just want to confirm one more thing please, did you receive the biometric card directly or was there a correspondence from the HO where they tell you about the kind of leave you were granted. My partner has only received a letter from the HO asking him to sign ...

Re: FTT appeal allowed. What's the next step?

Unfortunately it can take a few months. I had an appeal that they withdrew from and it took 3months for the new decision and BRP to come. Good luck though.

Thanks for your swift reply. Can you advise on any ways I can get visa, especially for my children? My eldest is 16 now and can’t get a NI, work or a driving license.
Apply for private life visa for your 16 year old and the younger one too as they have lived here for 7 years .

Re: Further leave to remain -dependent children

Do they still live at home? If yes how dependent on you and their mother are they? Just because they are over 18 dies not mean they are independent. Do you and mum pay for their daily living, clothes, mobile, Netflix etc? Just show how they are dependent they are on you. Should be alright but wait ...

English language requirements for citizens of exempt countries Home office request.

I am upgrading my Flr FP to FLR M and the home office sent me an email that my GCSE equivalent results from a country on the exempt list is not proof and I have to access a link and book a test from an approved centre. Needless to say I am confused. I want to send them the link from their own site ...

Re: Zambrano Settled Status EU settlement scheme Paper Application Form - NEW

I received an email of grant of leave to remain on the 10 year partner route. Finally my wait is over but I still have a EUSS Zambrano application pending. I applied Flr m last May 2020 and they refused in January 2020 and I appealed and the Home Office withdrew from the appeal in July the day ...
