Thanks seagul, unfortunetely it is not that easy. My wife Visa is expiring and altough the employer wants to keep her, they don't want to extend the Visa as they are trying to have less sponsored employees. As we have been living here on the Tier 2 only for 3 year, we are not on the ILR zone yet ...
