Although my application is still pending but I hold a LTR that is due to expire. How do one go about the appeal please? I pray that home office will grant me too settled status in jesus name. Just don't know what to expect to be honest

I called eu settlement scheme number for a form. I was on hold for 1hour 30minute. She will send by email and will take 5 working days. Please when you dial the number press option 1. I made a mistake pressing option 3 at first and I had to start all over again.
