Good news finally!! Got my decision letter today and it’s granted :D also got email apologising for the delay and about refund.

Fingers crossed BRP arrives soon. Good luck to you all!!! You are next!

Guys I got an email from my caseworker this morning: Good afternoon, Thank you for your FLR(AF) application. In order to fully assess your application I do require some further information. Could you please scan a copy of your sponsor’s British passport and an official certificate for your degree. ...

From everything I have read on these posts, it looks like it could be one of the many generic emails that the call centre sends out after escalation. Hopefully we hear back more soon!

I’m in the same boat.

Switching from tier 4 to spouse visa, submitted biometrics on Saturday 27th July at Birmingham. No news since then and we paid for super priority!

Going to give them a call tomorrow and hope for the best. Will update.

But this is our first spouse visa application extension, we haven’t lived together yet. However we have given proof of navy accommodation that we have applied for and eligible to receive. My question was particularly regarding the chat logs..thanks!
