H1B Interview at London and on HSMP

Hi,

I'm on HSMP. Arrived a month ago..Still no luck with the job. I've my H1 approval and now considering to take up an appointment next month for my H1 stamping. So, I just wanted to know if my HSMP will affect my H1 stamping in any way?

32k for a dependent visa? But I dont see any such thing on the VFS website...

2800GBP is for the primary applicant. And 2/3rd of it for a single dependent. So, that should be around 4666 GBP for a family of two viz., husband and wife.

Settlement / GC in the US is very much dependent on from which state you apply...East and West coasts are always in a big rush..you need to wait...But if you apply anywhere in the Mid-west..you get it fairly quicker...I've known ppl getting in under 5 years..and once you cross a certain stage in you...

US or UK depends on what is your goal...If settlement is your goal...US may be still easy...they dont revisit the process every now and then..its simple, clear and straight forward...The only pain right now is getting your H1, if you have H1, I dont see any reason why you should go for HSMP....US an...

As far as I knw, chest x ray for TB is required for only those who intend to work in the food industry...But again, if you dont want to take a chance, then you can get it done frm here...Or else...if required..the IO at Heathrow will ask u to get it done at the airport itself...I'm not planning to g...

Again send the pay slips and bank statements frm jun 06 till dec 07.

For english lang, try getting a letter again frm your college...or else IELTS is another option

Make sure you edit all the "him" in the letter to reflect "Mr & Mrs ABC" or to that effect...

Nope..It clearly has to state both of your names and also say who are all the ppl who stay in the apartment, the total number of bedrooms and out of that the sponsor can spare one bedroom for you guys ...

Provide all the docs of the primary applicant and photocopies of all pages of passport. Reg accomodation, provide the same proof provided during the EC approval for primary applicant
