Re: My son BC application

Hi;

I just realized that my son was not present in UK at 20.09.2017. Is there a requirement that the beginning of 5 years before application date, you should be present in UK for children also?

Thanks
Andrew

My son BC application

Hi all

I have ILR since 19.09.2021. I will apply BC on 20.09.2022.
My son who is 7 and my wife has also ILR since 28.10.2021.

Can i apply BC for my son also at the same time as mine even though he has not completed 12 months rule?
Does 12 months rule applicable for children also?

Thanks
Andrew

Thanks
