Yes, I used the contact us form in April and was emailed back by a DFA employee within a few days. The person did not tell me much, but asked for my application ID, which I provided, and then they confirm that application was there and pending review. This may be a bit of a silly question but I'm just wondering if the FBR offices are currently closed on Ireland due to COVID-19. I applied to the FBR in August of 2019 and I'm just curious if it will be longer then a 12 month wait due to this crisis - if anyone has any information please share
