There is no legal future intention requirements if you are married to a British citizen when you naturalise under s6(2) of the BNA 1981.

I think you should visit https://prcbc.org/ and read stories of kids turned adult in the same situation as the poster. PRCBC helped them register as British.

Hi, does UKF also apply to SETTLED Father, whose child or children would have acquired citizenship automatically had they been married to the Mother at the time the child was born in the UK.
