My document was processed on 22nd April. However, it is not dispatched from MOIA(Delhi). Is it common for them to held document for long period? If anyone has gone through similar experience in delay, please let me know

Ppl,
Today I called up VFS and they told me that my passport is delivered to blue dart on 5th feb 2008. I will be getting it this afternoon.
But surprisingly the online information hasn’t got changed yet.
I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best to come.

Hmmm,
I can see people who applied on 2nd week of Dec are still waiting.
On top of it, I cant see not even a single person getting their EC today.
