Employer cannot help with funds as they are in partnership with a credit/loan Provider(separate company), that requires a minimum of 3 years for one to qualify, which i do not have. I think i will apply for my wife first then raise money for the children for later application.

I wish i could for the mean time apply for my children visitor visas instead, then when i get the money, send them back to apply for the dependent visa.

Do PBS Dependencies Qualify for Visa Fee Waiver?

I do not have enough funds for my dependencies, wife and 2 children, 5 year Tier 2 visa.

I have a challenge as i can not raise the money required for my dependents to apply for a 5 year visa.

The question is, i can afford one year visa right now, and can i apply for a shorter term visa then re-apply when i get enough funds?

I am on a tier 2 5 year general work visa till 2025.

Any update on this?

I was informed by employer of request to home office for my visa curtailement, i havent received letter from home office and its 2 months now.
