same boat...

my time lines are same as siva.....and got rejected on the same day i didnt get my dox back. i have got only the letter of rejection and passport. when i enquired BHC. they have told me i need to fill VAF9A and 9B form along with that i need to submitt the Rejection Letter and a covering leter..... ...

Yes.. its the tier 1 we need to apply after April 08. I confirmed this with Home office chennai.
But they didnt answer my question whether it would be 2 years or 3 years....that we would be granted..!!.. lets wait and see....

i am planning to apply in April for EC(its not FLR). After going through the sites got confused!!! whether to fill in the VAF2 form or the Tier 1.

Hi.

From my office also same thing is happening, they have written like
"for Housing loan" on the Wage slip.
I guss this is not a problem since my friend also did the same way and got HSMP approved. i am also trying out my luck..... lets wait and see...

You should go to Branch and get it sealed this is improtant according to me. Also Try to make a letter saying that your salary account is with Citi bank. It would be good.
