The Caseworker sent me Questionnaire last week asking me what measures i took to legalise myself and who supported me during the time i was illegal and if i worked ive filled and sent back. That is what i decided. I booked my b1 for aug and will apply September. What ever happen on my favour will be wonderful. If no i will appeal and go back for the hearing with so much to say. I am ready. Please keep updating us.

Hi when i applied for derivative residence i was refused and i paid over 2000 to the solicitor and was asking me 1500 for the appeal . I went took all my papers from him and do the appeal my self and i won. Sollicitors sometimes they just do it for money i will let you know what is happening.

Received my card today at the back it said remarks: derivative residence zambrano. In front remarks indefinite leave to remain. I don't know if it is right. Good like everybody. Soon we all change this page to citizenship page.

No I just had derivative residence card under zambrano after court appeals in 2014. Settled status after 5 years. I'll try take a picture of my card when I received and show u was supposed to be delivered today but missed it.hopefully ur good news on the way fingercŕoss.

Hi I just submit my derivative residence card my kids passports and birth certificate letter from my employer letter from their school my marriage certificate and just do it simple . Good luck

They ask me to go on https://view-and-prove-your-rights.homeoffice.gov.uk. it asked you your passport number and DOB to sign in . Will ask you a verification code from your mail or your fone number
