Congrats for the visa. But before collection she must got an email from Abu Dhabi saying "Your visa application has been issued" can you please tell on which date she got this email ? Was it in December or January ?

Better cancel the application and take a new appointment and correct the mistakes, otherwise you might be ban for misrepresentation. Don't take a chance on covering letter.

Now average trend is 65 days for an standard non-priority visa. Let’s see if the days increased or reduced in coming week.

Congratulations. So it means there is no update for December applicants. People who applied in end of October and beginning of November are now getting replies. From this one we can estimate that these days its taking minimum 45 days to 60 days.

This forum is dead , no body is replying or updating about their experiences. There are severe delays in all the applications which are submitted in and after November. Pakistan, India and UAE applicants all are facing delays in their applications. I hope this can be resolved soon.

It’s a painful procedure but don’t worry once appeal is allowed you will get the visa for sure, however the priority on your case will be very slow and you have to be patient. No that’s not case , they always send every passport in separate envelope even it’s a passport of an accompanied infant it will be in different envelope. So don’t worry hopefully tomorrow you will get it.

Passports collected today on 26th August along with new visa sticker which is similar to previous student visa which says “Entry Clearance”.

So issued means definitely a visa. Good luck to all future applicants or expecting a decision on their visa application.
