Re: Right to stay / right to work share code error?

Hi all,

The link seems to be fixed and my info is correct now.
There is an email sent to me to check, hence I went to check.

Feel free to keep updating here since it could also benefit some other people.

Re: Right to stay / right to work share code error?

I rang the helpline again on Monday and they told now that they will fix it for me within days... Anyhow, if you need the service tell your employer/landlord to request manual check. Thank you, Yea, same situation here. I got a reply from Gov.uk and send me the link. I suppose is the manual check ...

Right to stay / right to work share code error?

Hi there, I have ILR visa since January 2022. Normally I will go to check my right to stay or right to work on GOV.UK website, using my ILR BRP card then, you will get a share code. I remember that it will show that I have indefinite leave to remain. In the last 3 days when I went to check again, it ...

Employer's duty after ILR

Hi there,
I wonder what the employer's duty is after the employee(myself) received ILR status.
This regards informing the Home office, adjusting detail in the system or perhaps cancelling the sponsorship? etc.

Thanks for the advice in advance.

Re: ILR salary requirment for Shortage occupation: Going rate requirement?

Thanks CR001, Means that 80% of the going rate is eligible for ILR application? (I currently earn £28,000 - 40 hrs per week ) I double-check as my potential solicitor has said I can't apply as I do not earn the going rate (Going rate: 2126 Design and development engineers is £34,100 based on a 39-h ...

ILR salary requirment for Shortage occupation: Going rate requirement?

Re: Change employment but got lower salary, will it effect ILR?

Just to be clear, the Home office can question the application why I move to a new company that pays slightly less even though I reached 37,000 in the year 2021? The RLMT that the company did has the maximum salary range at 34,000 so this causes my question. They might have to redo RLMT again. If it ...

Change employment but got lower salary, will it effect ILR?

Hi there, This is my first post. I tried to find the related topic but cannot find any. I'm on Tier 2 with my current job, the salary rate is 34,600. I got an offer from the new job for 34,000. (Entirely new employer. They agree with the Tier 2 process) My question is: Will this small reduction of ...
