Could a non EU resident who have pre-sattled status if eligible to apply for his non-EU mother under the eu settlement scheme?

Hi I have applied for settlements but I have a criminal record for common assault and got unpaid work ,also fine ..
Just want to know what are the chance to get a sattled status?
Is there anyone with similar case ?
