So I think there is no chance of ceremony in Nov.

If the court verdict announce in early Nov and new law pass in mid Nov then there is a hope that we will get ceremony in Dec.

It sounds like the matter is going to be discussed this week.

They found the perfect reason to delay everything. They have over 15000 applications pending. Most 2019 applicants haven’t even received a application number so they can slow down on people calling or emailing about their application I just pray that they get it together.
